The "risk scale" introduced below is similar to the "Richter Scale" for earthquakes.
Increase in risk factor by 1 means that it is 10 times a likely to happen.
A risk factor of 0 represents a 1 in a billion risk, a risk value of 9 represents certainty, and a value of 3 represents 1 in a million.

Please note that this page is under development and so some references are not yet supplied. Note that depending on the source of the information there are some contradictions (e.g. lightning).
